All content created and published by Trainercentric Toolkit on the website toolkit.trainercentric.in and within its digital products is the exclusive intellectual property of Trainercentric Toolkit (“we”, “us”, “our”). This includes, but is not limited to:
- PowerPoint templates for soft skills training
- Game-based learning PowerPoint templates
- Instructional design toolkits and associated frameworks
- Graphic elements, icons, layouts, and visual designs within products
- Product descriptions, marketing copy, and website content
- Any accompanying guides, instructions, or supporting documentation
All such content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), and relevant international intellectual property conventions to which India is a signatory, including the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
2.1 For purchased products
Upon purchasing a digital product from our Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Use and customise the product for your own personal training delivery
- Use and customise the product for training sessions conducted on behalf of your paying clients
- Adapt the visual design and content to reflect your own branding and training context

You may view, print, or save pages from this Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference only, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
3. Prohibited Uses

Where stock illustrations, icons, or graphic elements from licensed sources are used within our products, they are used in compliance with the applicable licence terms of those sources. Such third-party elements remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your intellectual property has been used on our Site or within our products in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us immediately with the following information:

Unauthorised use of our products will result in immediate termination of your licence without refund and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
