1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website toolkit.trainercentric.in (“Site”) or purchasing any product from Trainercentric Toolkit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site or completing a purchase.
Trainercentric Toolkit is operated as a sole proprietorship. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site or purchase our products.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and buyers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products and Services
Trainercentric Toolkit offers digital products including, but not limited to:
- Instructional design toolkits for various instructional design models
- PowerPoint templates for soft skills training
- Game-based learning PowerPoint templates
- Other training and facilitation resources
All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased files. There is no physical shipment involved.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions and previews are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
3. Account Registration
To make a purchase, you are required to create an account on our Site. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership
All content on this Site and in our digital products — including but not limited to designs, layouts, graphics, text, instructional frameworks, and PowerPoint files — is the exclusive intellectual property of Trainercentric Toolkit and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and other applicable laws.
4.2 Licence granted to buyers
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital product subject to the following conditions:
- You may use the product for your own personal training delivery and for training sessions conducted on behalf of your clients
- You may customise the templates for your specific training needs
- You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or transfer the product to any third party
- You may not offer the product as part of a template library, marketplace, or subscription service
- You may not claim ownership or authorship of the original design or framework
- You may not remove or alter any copyright notices embedded in the files
4.3 Prohibited uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Reselling or redistributing the product in its original or modified form
- Sharing purchased files with colleagues, partners, or clients who have not purchased the product
- Using the product to create derivative products for commercial sale
- Uploading the product to any file-sharing, cloud storage, or content-sharing platform accessible to others
Any violation of these licence terms may result in immediate termination of your licence, legal action, and a claim for damages.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept all major payment methods supported by Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment. In the event of a payment failure, your order will not be processed and no product will be delivered.
As a sole proprietorship without GST registration, GST is not currently applicable to our products. If our registration status changes, pricing will be updated accordingly.
6. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a download link to your registered email address
- You may also access your purchased files by logging into your account on the Site
- Download links are valid for a limited period and may have download limits
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct at the time of purchase and that you are able to receive emails from our domain. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at trainercentric@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened despite following the provided instructions
- The product delivered is materially different from the description on the Site
- A duplicate payment has been charged due to a technical error
Refund requests must be submitted to trainercentric@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, with a description of the issue and proof of purchase. We will review each request and respond within 5 business days. Our full Refund & Cancellation Policy is available on the Site.
8. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our digital products
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Site
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or comments
- Engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation of Trainercentric Toolkit
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Trainercentric Toolkit does not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- The products will meet your specific training requirements or produce particular learning outcomes
- All information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current
The use of our templates and toolkits does not guarantee any specific training result. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the facilitator’s skill, audience, and context of delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trainercentric Toolkit and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication with us.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any product-specific licence terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trainercentric Toolkit with respect to your use of the Site and purchase of our products.
